missingWrote a review on Nov 28cold waterpoor service
this hotel woudl ve been amazing if they had actual hot water. I spent two cold nights sneezing and in a freezing room with only a pathetic cold shower. Also, who serves breakfast at a random kebab-house? the service here is lacking as well, still no complimentary niceties. I almost woudl of left a good review but couldn’t.

The view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially during sunset. My kids loved the cozy atmosphere and the warm hospitality from Mohammed, who gave us great tips for our family visits to Petra. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying, perfect for our busy days.
My children wished for a bigger room for more space.

We had a fantastic time exploring Petra and Wadi Rum with friends! The hotel had great vibes and friendly staff who were super helpful. The breakfast was solid, and the restaurant had breathtaking mountain views while enjoying our meals. They even provided shuttle rides to Petra, making it super convenient for us. Highly recommend trying their delicious dinner options too!
One downside was the hot water availability. only specific hours made showering a bit tricky after long days exploring.

Recommend it for adventurers
The staff were kind and helpful. They helped us find a fantastic hammam in town, which was a great way to unwind after exploring all day.
It wasn't the cheapest option,, but acceptable.

The hospitality was notable, with friendly staff who offered great assistance throughout. The meals were a highlight, especially the fresh ingredients used during dinner, which stood out as some of the best food I experienced in the region. However, the limited hot water availability posed challenges, and the room had issues with cleanliness, including subpar toiletries and insufficient towels. While the views were impressive, some maintenance concerns detracted from the overall experience.
